Fit Match Terms of Use and Community Standards

These Terms govern your use of the Fit Match application and service operated by Fitness Digital, LLC. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Zero-tolerance safety standard

Fit Match has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post or send threats, harassment, bullying, hate, sexual or pornographic material, graphic violence, spam, scams, impersonation, or content that violates another person’s privacy or safety. Do not use Fit Match to discriminate, exploit, intimidate, or solicit inappropriate contact.

Filtering, reporting, and blocking

We use automated safety checks to filter text and profile images before publication. Automated checks can make mistakes, so you can report specific profiles, photos, messages, or reviews. You can also block another user. Blocking removes the person and conversation from your Fit Match feed and sends a safety report to us.

Enforcement

We review safety reports promptly and target action within 24 hours. We may preserve evidence, remove content, hide profiles, disable messaging, suspend or permanently eject the account that provided offending content, and cooperate with lawful requests. We may take action without advance notice when needed to protect users.

Your responsibilities

Provide truthful information, respect other users, and use Fit Match only for genuine coaching connections. You are responsible for the content you submit. Never share passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in a profile or message.
